All of our vehicles have insurance that meets TLC`s auto insurance requirements. For damages that occur in your possession during the rental period, a deductible of $1000 per entry may be retained.
As part of the weekly rental costs, we will cover your preventative maintenance costs (excluding plate tires, wheels, glass or other problems caused by the driver). We accept cash, credit cards, money instructions, bank transfers or direct deposits. We ask you to pay the first week down payment, then all subsequent payments at the beginning of your weekly rental period. All deposits will be refunded 4 weeks after the end of your rental. Short – long-term contracts to find your rental needs. The tenant is responsible for all parking, traffic or any other type of ticket or injury during the rental period. If the tenant ignores all tickets or assignments received, after 7 days, all pending tickets or assignments in the car are paid by Friendly and an administrative fee of $10 beyond the charge, plus late surcharges or other service charges managed by NYC or any other municipality that issued the cargo, will be charged to the driver. The weekly price covers your vehicle, your insurance, your TLC/DMV requirements and your preventative maintenance. The tax is included in the price.
The driver must be 21 years old and have at least 3 years of driving experience. The driver must have the following documentation. A valid driver`s license issued in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut or Pennsylvania. A TLC license issued in New York. A Social Security card. A valid SDC (6 hours Defensive Drivers Class Certificate) and proof of address that can only be a utility bill or a bank last month. We need at least 2 weeks` notice to process your return. Vehicles must be brought back to our office. All returns are scheduled for 8am-9am on the day of your return, if you return late, you will be liable to a fine of 150 USD. No tobacco! No animals! No one wants to sit in a car that has pet hair or smell. Do not carry dogs or cats in the vehicle. When the vehicle returns with pet dirt or odor, you will be charged for details, cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle.

To return your vehicle, fill out our return form or let us know in our app. If you do not cancel at least 7 days before your return date, a $200 fee will be charged for an early return.
